Contents: Panorama Club Disk #2 : March 26, 1986.
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This second Panorama Disk contains SOUND digitizations only. It is
95% full, so there is no room for anything else on it.
Rather than sort out the files, and throw some away, I have decided to
include them all and allow you to choose which ones you wish to keep and
which ones to throw away.
Believe me, they are worth the disk. Really incredible. For best
sound, hook up to good sound system, although it does sound incredible
when Mr. Spock speaks from within the Amiga.
[PAGE]
To hear the sound, use the following command...
SOUND "name" (Quotes are optional)
¯¯¯¯¯
Where "name" is one of the following...
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
2010 backtofut
bond empire
hal openpod
paul raiders
spock startrek
starwars twilite
war
When asked for the PERIOD[124]: enter a value of 400 <cr>
and just press return for the rest of the inputs.
[PAGE]
To experiment, you can adjust the period (Lower = Faster),
the volume, and the Iterations (Number of times it is played back).
For some real fun, though, try adjusting the START and END values to
play just PARTS of the digitized speech.
For example, you can play Mr. Spock saying LOGIC over and over, and if
played fast enough, it sounds like a laser beam.
______
Enjoy.
